Amazon will contend in its Supreme Court challenge that the discretion request is substantial, one of the sources said.
The debate revolves around Future's choice in August to sell its retail, discount and some different organizations to Reliance for $3.38 billion, including obligation.
Amazon contends that a different 2019 arrangement it had with a Future unit had conditions saying the Indian gathering couldn't offer its retail resources for anybody on a "confined people" list, including Reliance.
